1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bc888 platform at bc888.ws (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bc888", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of activity conducted on the bc888 platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting (including cricket markets), live casino play, slot games, bonus redemption, customer support interactions, and any other product or service made available by bc888.

bc888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bc888 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an in-account message. 1.1 Language of Agreement

1.2 Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the subject matter.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bc888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification

bc888 enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, bc888 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID Card, passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

bc888 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold pending withdrawals until satisfactory age and identity verification has been completed. If verification reveals that you are under 18 years of age, your account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposit amounts held may be returned to the original payment source at bc888's discretion, subject to applicable fraud checks.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bc888 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment functions — you must create a registered account through the bc888 Login page. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible adults in Bangladesh.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may maintain only one active bc888 account. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bc888 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or close all associated accounts immediately.

• Withhold or forfeit balances held in duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security & Confidentiality

All financial transactions on bc888 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus conversions — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bc888 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. The minimum deposit amount on bc888 is ৳500 BDT. bc888 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bc888 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, unless otherwise authorised by bc888's payments team following a formal request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. bc888 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals linked to accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending the receipt and review of required documents.

4.3 Transaction Limits

bc888 may set daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on individual accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk management protocols. These limits will be communicated to the affected player via their account dashboard or by support communication. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods on bc888 will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant financial crime authorities. bc888 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in the investigation of financial fraud.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bc888 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Validity

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the corresponding stake returned. bc888 accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile network interruptions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe, fair, and legally compliant environment for all bc888 players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following rules constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

• Money laundering: Using bc888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform to disguise the origin of illicit funds, is a criminal offence and strictly prohibited.
• Fraud & impersonation: Registering an account under a false identity, using another person's payment method without their authorisation, or impersonating bc888 staff or other players is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including chip dumping in poker variants or hedging bets across shared accounts — is prohibited.

• Harassment of staff or players: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in communications with bc888 support staff or in any public-facing section of the Platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to bc888 by any person under the age of 18 — including sharing your login credentials with a minor — is strictly prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bc888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bc888 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• A regulator, law enforcement agency, or financial institution has directed bc888 to suspend the account.
• The player has self-excluded or voluntarily requested account closure.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bc888.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their bc888 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bc888 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bc888 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) within the standard withdrawal processing window before the account is closed. Please allow up to 72 hours for the closure to be confirmed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are encouraged to use bc888's self-exclusion feature, available from the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of six months and can extend to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened for any reason, including the player's own request. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or enforced — real-money balances that have been verified and cleared of any outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from uncleared bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure. bc888 is not liable for any financial loss a player attributes to the closure of their account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
